Today I am grateful for... Vulnerable and authentic art, the opportunity to reflect someone’s light back to them, and cake! I gush over maybe the best show I’ve ever seen at the Edinburgh Fringe. Check out @hotterproject on IG to see what I’m talking about!

Today I am grateful for... synchronicity, magic and glitter! I tell stories of connecting with a thoughtful homeless man, discovering the Edinburgh Fringe and persevering with faith against incredible odds in order to get into a sold out Balkan party.

Today I am grateful for... my relationship with my parents (again!), relaxing into the rain (and the present moment), and delicious vegetarian meals.

Today I am grateful for... family that values travel, culture and love! I’m also thankful for the medicinal properties of CBD and it being readily available.

Today I am grateful for... having a bed all to myself, heaters and blankets on cold (August!!) days, the lessons I am learning from babies.

Today I am grateful for... two years on the road, what I have learned thus far, and nostalgic cozy moments!

Today I am grateful for... wide open grassy spaces perfect for practicing handstands, unconditional love, being right here and now.

Today I am grateful for... waking up next to a lake to dip my feet in, falling in love with Eastern Europe, a comfy bed to sleep in before a week of camping!

Today I am grateful for... effective and open communication, the power of choosing vs compromising, and getting out of a ticket!

Today I am grateful for... showing up even when it’s hard, and mama nature making space for all of my feelings!
