IN THIS EPISODE OF THE SLAPPING MEAT WRESTLING PODCAST, HOST WETOODEEP COVERS THE FOLLOWING TOPICS:

• Opening Thought
  • Women’s roster upset with evolution, feels like it’s a set up. I agree!
  • Why is WWE running Kaiser now for this lame ass El Grande Americano gimmick. This shit is so stupid. I’m so annoyed that not only Gable, but the Creeds and now Kaiser is being wasted for this stupidity.

• News
  • Britt Baker apparently is actively looking to leave AEW.
  • AEW hit 300 episodes! I explain why this isn’t a historic thing!
  • Charlotte goes on podcast and says she’s was taken aback by Tiffany’s comment. Proving what I have said. Charlotte kept it in character, Tiffany didn’t.
  • Jelly Roll expected to be wrestling at SummerSlam. The IWC nerds are mad!
  • NXT Heatwave running against Forbidden Door

• Predict All In

• Predict Great American Bash

• Predict Evolution

• Deep 5: Top things in wrestling that annoy me
  • Waiting for moves/dives to happen
  • European Crowds
  • The identity politics fans
  • Move spamming (super kicks, destroyers)
  • Not protecting finishers, especially in smaller tv matches
  • Fans who disrespect Gunther and Dragunov banger in NXT UK
  • Tony Khan
  • Hitting a finisher, getting a 2 count, and then just hitting the finisher again and getting a 3 count.
  • Street Fights never hitting the street.
  • Sean Ross Sapp
  • Bigger name Indy wrestlers collecting belts and never defending them.
  • Starting a feud with a big stipulation match. Then wondering why it loses steam by the third match.
  • Dave Meltzer’s star ratings
  • Entrance music for run ins.
  • Referring to wrestlers personal life in a promo to get the cheap pop
  • Cosplaying as your wrestling attire.
  • Fan chants that are contrary to the story. (Booing the face. What chant. We want table chant)
  • Sami Zayn

• Bracket Battle

IN THIS EPISODE OF THE SLAPPING MEAT WRESTLING PODCAST, HOST WETOODEEP COVERS THE FOLLOWING TOPICS:

• Opening Thoughts
  • War Games again?
• Reactions to Night of Champions
  • Can we talk about the foreign crowd. Is it racism? They always boo the black women.
  • The show went pretty much how I expected
  • Randy vs Cody was a really good match
  • I told you Rhea wasn’t losing.
  • Again with the street fight stipulation that never hits the streets
  • Why did Sami have to win. This kills the story when there was such a bigger story to tell
  • “Refs discretion!” I don’t wanna hear anyone complaining
  • Not upset that Solo won, but I thought they would save the moment until Summer Slam
  • Jade winning was the right choice
  • The hate if Jade is only coming from nerds who think every match needs to be a technical masterpiece
  • We are definitely getting a Cena/Cody double turn at SummerSlam
  • All the chaos during the main event was fun, but not necessarily good. Did it add to any story?
  • We need to move on from Rollins vs Punk- they’ve been involved for almost 2 years now.

• Bracket Battles

• Questions from Discord
  • Do you think Cena buried The Nexus or do you think the group was too green or something else?
  • If AEW doesn’t care about storytelling then why do they have so many people on their roster that aren’t being utilized?

• Final Thought
  • Rhea vs Iyo at Evolution

• News
  • Nixon Newell starts only fans
