1) Come speak to us live on the zoom recording! (Note..this won't be broadcast live..anything you say can be edited afterwards if needed, so no pressure!)

3) Record your own mini podcast on your phone (using the voice memo app, or WhatsApp voice note that you can forward on in an email!) telling your own story for us to play and listen to in the episode
