Daniel Kwak first immigrated to the United States with his family at the age of 5. Due to a financially disadvantaged upbringing at the age of 20 he had negative 187.65 in his bank account. This is when he decided to do something about it. He started learning about Real Estate Investing. The first two years he learned everything he could and at the age of 22 he did his first deal. And by age 23 he had 87 units, along with having raised millions of dollars in capital, and also having done a variety of different deals and strategies. He has also traveled across the country training and mentoring hundreds and thousands of aspiring real estate investors. Overall, Daniel aspires to be a great husband, and to be someone who just loves people.

He and his partner, Dave Reynolds, are the 5th largest owners of RV and mobile home parks in the U.S., with over $500+ million in assets. Frank owns over 200 properties in 25 states across America. As a result of this large a collection of RV and mobile home parks, he has amassed a virtual reference book of knowledge on what makes for a successful RV park investment, as well as the potential pitfalls that destroy many investors.

Frank holds an A.B. in Economics from Stanford University.

She is an Internal Medicine physician in the DFW area and has experience with commercial real estate syndications across multifamily, self storage, and manufactured home parks as a limited passive investor, as well as raising private equity capital through The Real Estate Physician.

Elijah began his journey in real estate in 2013 by investing in single family rentals in Fort Worth, TX. His drive to scale his business and build his family’s wealth catalyzed his transition into multifamily real estate where he is currently invested in over 460 units.

Elijah is an Information Technology (IT) Project Manager in the US Air Force, where he has proudly served his country for over 17 years guiding military and civilian teams to implement technical solutions, including data management, system installation, systems troubleshooting, strategic planning, and budgeting. Elijah has a B.A. in Business Administration from Columbia College and is a former member of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce.
