  • Waking up a millionaire & gaining a deeper understanding of yourself | Interview with Seryna Myers

Serena is a transformational coach, ceremonial list and sacred space keeper. She supports former good girls and recovering people pleasers, to embody their fullest expression and find belonging. Her book sacred anger helps women worldwide to learn from their anger and express it from a place of power.

In this episode Seryna discusses the concept of wealth, her journey to becoming a transformational coach, and her version of wild, weird and wealthy. Serena’s message is all around encouraging individuals to step into their power, embody their truth, and embrace their multidimensional selves. Gain a true insight into Seryna’s journey and gather valuable tips throughout the episode, bringing you a deeper understanding of yourself.

    Timestamps:

    [00:00] - Intro

[06:41] - What does wealth mean to Seryna?

[11:38] - How being nice goes against living your sole purpose

[18:23] - How do you define being a spiritual person

[21:05] - Spiritual leaders and healers & hate speech

    [28:32] - Sacred Anger

    [40:11] - Waking up a millionaire

[52.12] - Where to find Seryna

    Key points from this episode:

    • Seryna’s view of wealth has changed over time. She now sees it as the freedom to be able to do things, but not just about travel or investing in coaches. It was things like when her cousin passed away, that she could drop everything, go to her hometown for two weeks, and help her aunt plan a funeral and support her as she was grieving her son. To Seryna, being able to do that is wealth to her.
    • Seryna believes that our soul's purpose is to come into life, and be the fullest expression of yourself. It's not what job you're going to do. It's not like what connections you're gonna have, who you're going to birth or whatever, because those are things that we do to help us experience the fullest version of ourselves. Our job on Earth is to just come in contact and be ourselves.
    • Being spiritual is separate from religion
    • If Seryna thinks about every spiritual teacher she has ever had, even the ones she doesn't agree with any more, love was always the core message.

  • How to stop discounting your expertise

In today’s episode of the Wealthy In Pajamas Podcast, we'll be discussing a common problem among creative entrepreneurs - selling themselves short. So, let's explore the 5 ways in which you may be discounting your expertise, so we can prevent it from happening.

    Timestamps:

    [00:00] - Introduction

[02:02] - Remember you are the expert

[04:22] - You need to be proud of your success and accomplishments

[06:15] - You need to have boundaries

    [08:17] - Don’t hold back your magic

    Key points from this episode:

    • Stop charging prices that don’t make you feel well compensated- It's important to acknowledge the difficulty in putting a price tag on your time, energy, skills, and wisdom. However, it's crucial to understand that you deserve to be fairly compensated for everything you bring to the table. It’s about charging what feels rewarding.

    • Remember you are the expert- You are the expert in your business and should not be afraid to speak their truth, even when faced with imposter syndrome or people-pleasing tendencies. While it may be difficult, it's important to be bold and share one's wisdom confidently.

    • You need to be proud of your success and accomplishments- Having a healthy sense of pride in your accomplishments and successes is so important as it can showcase expertise and lead to new opportunities. Undervaluing your achievements discounts your expertise and causes missed chances for growth.

    • You need to have boundaries- It is so important to have boundaries in business, as they are crucial for protecting your time, energy, and overall well-being. You should not be afraid to have boundaries in your contracts and enforce them as needed, even if it means saying no to urgent requests. By holding to boundaries, others are more likely to respect them.

    • Don’t hold back your magic- Make sure to not hold back on your knowledge, wisdom, and expertise. It's important to be willing to share the full expanse of what you can offer and create a unique, powerful offer structure that showcases you to the best of your abilities. By not holding back you will create a better experience and results for your clients.
