Good morning, Boston! Today's weather is going to be a bit of a rollercoaster, so buckle up and let's dive right in.
We're starting off with a bit of drama this morning. Expect a slight chance of showers before 11 in the morning, with another round of potential rain after 3 in the afternoon. The sky will be mostly cloudy, and temperatures will climb to a mild 56 degrees Fahrenheit. Winds will be coming from the south at 11 to 15 miles per hour, shifting to the west in the afternoon and potentially gusting up to 29 miles per hour. There's about a 30 percent chance of precipitation, so keep that umbrella handy.
Tonight, things cool down quickly. We'll see mostly cloudy skies gradually clearing out, with temperatures dropping to a chilly 17 degrees Fahrenheit. The west wind will be howling at 15 to 18 miles per hour, with gusts up to 34 miles per hour - so bundle up, folks!
Sunday brings a stark change - we're looking at a sunny day with a high near 27 degrees Fahrenheit. The west wind will be blowing at 11 to 14 miles per hour, with gusts up to 24 miles per hour.
As we move into next week, we'll see a mix of sunny days and gradually warming temperatures. By Tuesday, we'll be looking at a high near 46 degrees Fahrenheit, and Wednesday brings a good chance of rain with temperatures climbing to 56 degrees Fahrenheit.
The latter part of the week looks like a bit of a weather dance - partly sunny, chance of rain, and temperatures fluctuating between the 40s and mid-50s.
