Tonight's Guest WeatherBrain is the manager of the National Mesonet Program.  He works for the National Weather Service and is also in charge of the Aircraft-Based Meteorological Observations Program.  He earned his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Oklahoma and earned his phD from Colorado State University.  Curtis Marshall, welcome to WeatherBrains!
