Tonight's Guest WeatherBrain is earned his Master's and Doctoral degrees from North Carolina State University, and finished his undergraduate study in math and physics at the University of South Carolina.  He is the Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Environmental Observation and Prediction, performing the duties of Under Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere.  Dr. Neil Jacobs, welcome to the show!
