Tonight's Guest WeatherBrain is an American scientist and former government official who served as the acting Under Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere and Administrator of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. He's previously appeared on the show.  Dr. Neil Jacobs, welcome back!  Tonight's second Guest WeatherBrain is a WeatherBrains alum and an American structural and forensic engineer as well as meteorologist, concentrating on damage analysis, particularly that from wind and other weather phenomena.
