In one night, I was shown who I am, where I’ve been, multiple lifetimes, soul contracts, familiar souls in my current life, and even a glimpse forward. Later, a guided regression confirmed the same sequence, filling in what I hadn’t consciously seen the first time. Same images. Same lives. A few new revelations. Even my mother. Even my cat. No coincidence — confirmation.

If I had let rigid religion, Catholic schooling, or being raised in church four days a week derail me, I wouldn’t be who I am. Instead, it sharpened me. It expanded my lens. It fueled my refusal to outsource truth or swallow doctrine without discernment.

I don’t follow drumbeats. I make them.

Love and hate aren’t opposites. They’re relatives.

Hate doesn’t come out of nowhere. It’s born where love once lived and got wounded. When you understand that, you stop reacting like a cornered animal and start responding with discernment. Every action comes from one of two places: love or pain. And humans, through free will, choose which one they act from.

Here’s the uncomfortable part. When someone knows their actions will hurt you and does it anyway, that’s not confusion. That’s a choice. Ego steps in, empathy steps out, and free will gets weaponized. Stop excusing behavior people consciously chose. Understanding someone’s pain does not require tolerating their damage.

Balance is not optional. It’s Universal law.

Nothing in this universe thrives without harmony. And harmony cannot exist where imbalance rules. A life saturated in hate becomes heavy, hostile, and exhausting. A life rooted in love becomes lighter, clearer, and more expansive. What you carry determines what you see. If you walk through life expecting hostility, you will meet it everywhere. If you choose love without delusion, you create room for peace without becoming blind.

This episode isn’t about toxic positivity or spiritual bypassing. It’s about deciding how much weight you’re willing to drag through your days. Some of you are worn out because you’ve been hauling hatred, resentment, and old pain for decades. At some point, you either set it down or let it cripple you.

Love doesn’t make you weak. Hate doesn’t make you strong. Balance makes you free. The thing about free will and our choices is that we proactively choose to stay imprisoned by pain or fly high in love. So, whodathunkit that your shit life is that way because you're actively cheerleading your losses.

Love and hate aren’t opposites. They’re twins. Hate is love that got wounded, twisted, and left unattended. You don’t hate out of nowhere. You hate because something mattered. Someone mattered. And instead of processing the pain, you let it rot into rage.

You don’t get to understand love without understanding hate. Period. If you’ve never hated, you don’t love purely. You love naively. And naïveté is dangerous. Without contrast, humans justify anything. That’s how people start calling control “love,” obsession “passion,” and violence “justified.” Crimes of passion exist for a reason. Courts recognize it. Psychiatry studies it. Because when love gets violated deeply enough, it can flip into something feral.

Do I condone violence? No. Do I understand where it comes from? Absolutely. Hurt people don’t wake up evil. They wake up unhealed. Someone harms your child? You’d feel it instantly. That same emotional ignition exists in domestic situations, friendships, workplaces, everywhere love once lived. Not always. But often enough to matter.

Here’s the hard truth: balance is harmony. Too much hate and your life becomes poison. Too much ungrounded “love” and you become delusional, permissive, and unsafe — to yourself and others. These two emotions are the most powerful forces humans experience. Joy and sadness are side characters. Love and hate run the damn world.

Love always comes from itself. Hate almost always comes from love, but it can never be love. That’s the line. Love can hold darkness without becoming it. Hate can’t return the favor.

Most of you aren’t struggling with love or hate. You’re struggling with refusing to integrate both. You either suppress your anger and call it spirituality, or you drown in bitterness and call it truth. Neither is balance. Neither is evolution. Neither is justice.

This episode is about walking that razor-thin line without cutting yourself or everyone around you. Because harmony isn’t softness. It’s mastery.

And no, God is not here to live your life for you. If every hard moment were handled by some external force, you’d learn nothing. Faith was never meant to replace responsibility. It was meant to support a soul that’s actually willing to show up and do the work.

Grief is personal, but isolation inside grief is dangerous. When people reach out to pull you toward the light, they’re not trying to control you. They’re reminding you that you’re not alone and that disappearing into darkness isn’t healing, it’s avoidance. Free will still applies when you’re hurting. You get to choose whether you walk blindly into despair or accept a flashlight from someone who gives a damn.

From the moment you got here, you had a job. Not a career. A purpose. And somewhere along the way, religion, fear, and conditioning hijacked the process of learning who you actually are. We taught people how to behave, but never how to be a proper vessel for their own soul. So now we’ve got adults disconnected from themselves, confused about their path, and shocked that life feels empty.

Here’s the hard truth: you were given clues about who you are from the very beginning. You just learned to ignore them in favor of outside noise. That experiment failed. So now it’s time to start over. Strip the bullshit. Heal what you’ve been avoiding. Reconnect to your soul. Because the longer you wait, the harder life will hit you until you finally listen.

Let’s stop pretending addiction is mysterious. It isn’t. Some people are born into it, marinated in chaos before they ever take a breath. That’s a medical reality, not a moral one. Others aren’t born there and still choose it anyway. That’s where excuses end and accountability starts. In the streets leaning, selling, running—pick your lane. They all end the same if nothing changes: loss, prison, or a body bag.

Trauma is real. Using it as a permanent hall pass to destroy yourself isn’t. Heal. Actually heal. Not the performative “I’m trying” nonsense while you keep dialing the same dealer and calling it coping. Nothing about numbing yourself to death is growth. It’s avoidance with a receipt.

This episode also drags confidence into the light. Confidence isn’t optional. It’s faith in yourself or the loud absence of it. If you can’t trust yourself, can’t stand on your own spine, and need constant external crutches to function, then you’re not lost. You’re simply refusing responsibility. That refusal ripples. You’re fed trash, made sick by design, then funneled into a healthcare system that treats profit like scripture and human life like a billing code. If they can’t bill you, they’ll ghost you. As policy, if you can’t afford it, you’re expendable.

Insurance companies deny care. Doctors are shackled to billing. Preventative health is a joke. Nutrition is ignored. Dental is a luxury. Meanwhile, people scream about “handouts” while voting for the very systems poisoning them. The loudest critics of social services are often the biggest and longest-holding beneficiaries and the least informed. Obesity climbs. Intelligence drops. Other countries ban what we inhale daily. We call it freedom and wonder why we’re dying early.

This isn’t left vs. right. It’s greed vs. humanity. Stupidity is weaponized, fear is profitable, and distraction keeps the machine turning. While people fight each other over crumbs and kill to steal even less, the architects of this mess keep stealing the bakery.

This episode is a call to stop eating each other alive and start aiming up the food chain. Side-by-side we fix this one-by-one. Love isn’t passive. Love is strategic. Love is collective. And love without awareness is just another leash.

Love is all we need but not the kind that lets idiots keep running the world. We need more love for each other, killing many birds with one stone.

This episode might’ve been recorded during Women’s Month, but don’t get it twisted. This isn’t a gender conversation. This is an energy autopsy.

Everything in existence runs on duality. Yin and yang. Feminine and masculine. Being and doing. Faith is the glue that holds that balance together and it starts inside you. Not in churches, leaders, partners, systems, or wishful thinking.

You can claim faith in God, the Universe, humanity, or your lucky crystals all day long. None of it means a damn thing if you don’t trust yourself. Feminine energy is the power of being: understanding, receptivity, presence, and internal alignment. When you’re rooted there, life flows. When you’re not, everything feels like a fight.

Most people aren’t fighting life, they’re fighting themselves and their own egos. The moment you believe you’re missing something, you start forcing outcomes. You rush. You interfere. You shove yourself down paths that were never yours and then act shocked when obstacle after obstacle shows up. That resistance isn’t fate. It’s self-sabotage.

Faith doesn’t mean sitting on your ass waiting for miracles. The masculine side of the equation is action, but aligned action. Action that comes after trust, not before it. When faith and action are balanced, reciprocity kicks in. When they’re not, you burn yourself out chasing things that were never meant to be chased or chased by you.

Here’s the hard truth: failing isn’t the problem. Blindness is. Most suffering is self-inflicted and reinforced by societal conditioning, fear, and a total lack of presence. You miss what’s right in front of you because you’re too busy doubting yourself and outsourcing your power.

And let’s be real. Placing faith in humanity will disappoint you every time if you don’t understand how broken most people are. Faith isn’t trust. Faith is internal knowing. Trust is external and earned. Confusing the two is why so many people stay disillusioned and bitter from disappointment after disappointment on repeat.

Yin and yang live in every one of us. Creatively and logically. Energetically and physically. When you stop fragmenting yourself and start honoring both sides, clarity returns. So does peace. So does power. So does balance and harmony.

So ask yourself: are you feeding the collective abyss with your doubt, fear, and lack of faith; or are you raising the frequency with convictions that come from your soul, not society?

Answer honestly and choose wisely. Your life is the receipt.

Every major civilization tells the same damn story with different costumes. That’s not coincidence. That’s shared origin. Same thread, different weave. The Ark of the Covenant? Not some floating holy prop. It mirrors far older tech like the Egyptian Osiris Device. Tools believed to interface with gods, consciousness, or higher intelligence. Restricted access. Select handlers. Severe consequences for the uninitiated. Moses wasn’t special because he was chosen. He was chosen because he was capable.

Now add language. Tongues changed. Meanings shifted. Symbols got butchered by time, ego, and power-hungry institutions. Any thinking person understands this: translation is interpretation, and interpretation is bias. The Catholic Church has sat on libraries of suppressed texts for centuries. They didn’t burn the good stuff. They buried it, guarded it, and weaponized what remained. If you know history, you know exactly why.

Early Rome was pagan as hell. Then came Constantine, Theodosian decrees, and the forced marriage of church and state. Anything outside the approved narrative became heresy, demonic, or punishable by death. Violence wasn’t a glitch. It was the business model. And here’s the kicker: Christianity absorbed pagan rituals wholesale while condemning them publicly. Saints, Easter, Christmas, crosses all predate Christianity. Hypocrisy didn’t sneak in later. It was baked into the foundation.

That’s why the Bible feels incomplete. Because it is. Canon was cherry-picked. Entire books were removed. Concepts were mentioned, then deliberately unexplored. Over time, curiosity itself became a sin. Questioning became rebellion. Meanwhile, modern believers parrot doctrine they’ve never critically examined and call it faith and full knowledge.

Here’s the truth they don’t want you touching: your affinities matter. What you’re drawn to isn’t random. Curiosity is a compass. Feed it. Study it. Follow it. Lost knowledge doesn’t stay lost. It waits for people brave and curious enough to look without permission.

Time worked differently in antiquity. But now? Time’s up. Humanity is sprinting in the wrong direction, blindfolded by dogma and comfort. The dark isn’t the enemy. The dark is the contrast that makes the light visible. If you want power, stop fearing what was buried and start excavating it — internally and externally.

What was lost wasn’t meant to stay hidden. It was meant to wake you up.
