Exploring concepts of The Tao in relation to my journey.

I've been contemplating for a couple days now on how to create the old bardic style songs to keep my content "fresh". These couple songs are what emerged during my 4-5am walk-about the kitchen island. My puppies fell promptly asleep and I think I found it! Listen and see if I was successful. I think it turned out pretty okay. 😊

This month, I am embodying The Witch in the Woods archetype as I speak to the Healing of Women. I share personal experiences to demonstrate the need and necessity of bringing back the methods of Women's Healing that were stolen from us once upon a time. This episode is also filled with real action steps you can take to help heal yourself as a woman... and to help support/heal the women in your life. This is the longest episode that I've done for this podcast, and I give Gratitude to those who listen to it all the way through... even if you do it in stages. Blessed Be. I am still trying to digest my latest struggle living life with a brain injury with dditional complications and figuring out what to share publicly. In the meantime, i am sharing a cool old poetry contest submission that I found in a garage box while cleaning. You know what those are ;) the wall to wall boxes of papers that continuously move from one house to the next.

I started this episode in May 2023 as a way to process my grief over my mother's death at the same time I celebrated my 46th birthday. Turns out it wasn't as simple as that, and there is so much more to grieve than just her. I ended the episode with my personal prayer song gifted to me by my spirit guides and grandmothers... because when we need help, we ask for it... and because we cannot live life always grieving. At some point we have to move forward.
