This episode is a recording of a Conscious Social Media Workshop I led at Lead With Love conference in Aspen.
I was blown away and humbled by how many people came up to me after this workshop to tell me that it transformed how they see social media. This work is truly powerful and I want it to impact as many people as possible, so I decided to share the audio from this workshop on Woke & Wired podcast!

Dr. Josh Axe's website draxe.com comes up every time I look up nutritional information for Breakfast Criminals recipes. I'm not alone – Dr. Axe started and runs one of the world's largest health websites in the world with 17 million monthly visitors. Talk about powerful SEO! At Woke & Wired, I'm all about the intersection of smart strategy and letting the Divine take the lead, and Dr. Josh Axe is the perfect example of exactly that. In this very special episode, we cover:

Conscious Social Media Program
This one time, a shaman told me to avoid caffeine for 3 weeks after a powerful energetic clearing. No coffee, no green tea, no nothing. After tasting one too many coffee alternatives that tasted really, really bad, I discovered Rasa on Instagram.
Since then, I've become an avid supporter and unofficial ambassador of the brand, and its incredible products that are organic, sustainable, functional AND delicious. I've also become a huge fan of Rasa's founder Lopa van der Mersch – and that's without even knowing her mind-blowing story (which she shares in this conversation).
Trust me, this episode is a special one and will take you to new dimensions of understanding business as a spiritual practice, and social media as a tool for expansion.

Emily Schildt is a storyteller and a brand marketer whose work has been featured in Fast Company, Time, Entrepreneur, Forbes, and Refinery29 and includes clients: Aloha, KIND, Ugly, Lavva, Fairlife, Zocdoc, Diane von Furstenberg, and Pret a Manger. She's also one of the people responsible for Chobani's trailblazing digital success.
I met Emily through being invited to a food conference she co-founded, Bitten. Last year Emily wrote a powerful piece that invites you to look at dining alone as a reason for celebration – that's when I knew I wanted to have her on the podcast.

Spiritual mentor and psychic medium Natalie Miles is the real deal. Everything she's shared with me so far has come true, and her podcast "So You Think You're Intuitive" has been my go-to for connecting to my own intuition. She makes intuition relatable, and shares real examples from her own life, delivering very important work in an accessible way.

Leon Hill aka Leon The Alchemist went from growing up on a farm with solar power and no internet to starting a social media marketing company at the age of 23 and making $1 million in the first 9 months. After creating viral digital marketing campaigns for some of the world's biggest brands, he's shifting his attention to biohacking. On his new daily podcast Bio Alchemy, Leon has conversations with some of today's top thinkers in the field.
I first got to know Leon Hill as the "handsome boyfriendo" of Sorelle Amore on YouTube, but after seeing the words "biohacker, herbalist, entrepreneur" on his Instagram profile, I knew I had to have him as a guest.
Leon is the epitome of living a Woke & Wired life in which we're connected to ourselves, our spiritual growth and the Earth underneath our feet, and at the same time use social media to create success and freedom. This episode is a special one and contains powerful inspiration and practical wisdom on how to build a brand in today's social media landscape.

Are the days of joy and excitement on Instagram gone? Is it all a mindless scrolling game now won by bots?
I don't think so.
This episode is for you, the confused business owner, the disheartened health coach, the stuck influencer. And really for anyone who understands the value of having a powerful online presence.
As someone whose full-time job depends on creating content (@breakfastcriminals @wokeandwired @crystalcriminals), I've experienced a full range of emotions towards social media – from elated joy (that one time I was selected to be on a cereal box cover nationwide because of my Instagram) to deep confusion and burnout (when I get 50 emails from brands in one week, and all of them want me to create content for free).
At the end of the day, here's what keeps me going: remembering that Instagram is just a tool to accomplish what I'm committed to in my life and business, and not be all end all. It's a tool that helped me create multiple businesses, get paid to travel around the world, and interview today's top thinkers on Woke & Wired podcast.
Here, I will share with you what helps me replace burnout and apathy for CLARITY and ACTION.

39: Award Winning Writer & Director TOPAZ ADIZES on Storytelling and Human Connection In The Digital Age
I met the award winning writer and director + the founder of The Skin Deep Topaz Adizes at a yoga and QiGong training, which he was documenting. He struck me with the depth of his presence, and a few years later I found myself at Grace Retreat, an immersive 5-day experience that he designed. To say it was life-changing would be an understatement, and you can feel it in my vlog about it.
