Weddings-ish with Jove

For the first time on Weddings-ish, Jove sits down with a mother-daughter duo: content creator and nutritionist Healthy Emmie and her mom, Healthy Mummy. They planned what they both call a completely stress-free wedding, and they share exactly how they did it.

Emmie married her husband on May 15, 2026, in Newport, Rhode Island, despite a 100% chance of rain in the forecast. The family buried a bourbon bottle, hired an Etsy witch, and found a dime they took as a sign from Emmie’s late grandmother, and they woke up to blue skies. Emmie and her mom also talk about repurposing her mom’s 1985 Kleinfeld wedding dress, skipping a traditional bridal party for a “Blue Crew,” and giving Emmie’s two cats their own reception moment.

Bridal designer Hayley Paige just got married, and Jove was a guest. In this episode, Hayley takes us inside her maximalist wedding weekend at the Mission Inn in Riverside, California. She wore eight wedding dresses in one day, including a pink ceremony gown and a rhinestone "glimmer" look that she changed out of mid-ceremony. Alix is the Persian-American creator known as "the internet's fruit peeler" whose viral videos have racked up tens of millions of views. Zoya is the author behind the free coming-out e-book It's Not a Big Deal, written for anyone navigating queer identity within a cultural or religious family.
