Because of a new state law, the Boise City Council was forced to lower the Pride Flag outside of its City Hall Tuesday, and emotions were running high; the legislature wants to put more restrictions on Medicaid recipients; and because a spike in building, rental prices in the region have decided to hold still (for a while).
