Episode 68! It feels like forever since we recorded even though it hasn't been any longer than usual. Simon and I all over the place with this one as we discuss DC Fandome. DC FanDome was an eight-hour virtual convention held by DC Comics and Warner Bros. to highlight some of the biggest films, TV shows, game, and comics announcements. The biggest panels — those dedicated to Warner Bros. and DC’s film slate, including The Batman, Flash, Wonder Woman 1984, and Zack Snyder’s Justice League — were sandwiched between short sketches, interviews, rapid Q&As, and little tributes to the world of DC. It was a lot to take in so we did the best we could which is probably debatable. Enjoy this unedited episode and let us know what you thought of the event. Episode 62! I'll start off with a warning. I didn't edit much of this episode so the YouTube version and this will be very similar. When you listen to the episode you"ll know why I couldn't edit. This week we are giving our thoughts on Top 10, as well as going over a few other nerd news! Top 10 is a superhero comic book limited series published by the America's Best Comics imprint of Wildstorm, itself an imprint of DC Comics. Written by Alan Moore and illustrated by Gene Ha and Zander Cannon, the series details the lives and work of the police force of Neopolis, a city in which almost everyone, from the police and criminals to civilians, children and even pets, has super powers and colorful costumes.
