Let's take a moment and realize that the more we focus on problems and negativity the more it becomes part of our day, week, month. This week listen to what you are saying and stop yourself when you slip into a negative thought and action, turn to love  or gratitude, because remember you can't be in love and gratitude and be negative at the same time.

Starting my day on the right foot is so important to me, and it's something that we all need to give some time and energy to because the way you start your day and your week will determine whether you were productive and fulfilled or lacking and disappointed by Friday.

The first thing I want you to do is stay away from your phone/electronic devices when you first wake up.  Our minds and our bodies need to adjust to the new day and this should start with hydrating your brain, it becomes very thirsty while sleeping and if we are going to work at our best capacity we have to provide as much water as possible to get those creative and analytical juices flowing.

Our morning routine is the secret sauce to the recipe of life, take a moment today and think about how you can set yourself up for making it the best day you possibly can.

Did you know that the average 4 year old asks up to 400 questions a day yet the average adult only asks an average of 25?  If we are going to continue to grow and expand our possibilities we have to stay curious, for it is the spark that drives discovery! When we question, we learn; when we wonder, we expand. In a world full of information, the thirst for knowledge is our compass.
