Today, July 23rd, I was feeling a bit demotivated since I couldn't get anything done. But, I guess this happens to us all. There are times when we are productive and when we are not. But I'm still grateful that I was able to create this episode.

I tried my new mic out :) It turned out well. Aside from that, in this episode I share one of the questions I was having "Is quantity better than quality?". I'm not an expert in this. But I started doing content creation and at the first, quantity matters.

There's this one guy on YouTube who tells that sleep should be reduced because one-third of our life is spent sleeping. We should sleep no more than 5 hours a day. Here, I talk about why this shouldn't be done and why this myth of "sleeping less will make you productive" is busted.
