What could be more exciting than the Premier Lacrosse League Quarter Finals? The Green Beret, Navy SEAL Stars & Stripes Classic Exhibition! Geoff Leard from the Navy Seal Foundation and Danny Passovoy of the Premier Lacrosse League join Scott to preview this event which promises "hard hits, great uniforms and some experiential elements never seen before at a PLL event.” On July 4, 2024 the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) announced a partnership with the Green Beret and Navy SEAL Foundations to establish the Stars & Stripes Classic, an exhibition game between Green Berets and Navy SEAL veterans. "The Stars & Stripes Classic will highlight the strength, resilience, and teamwork embodied by our Green Berets and Navy SEALs," said Charlie Iacono, President and CEO of the Green Beret Foundation. Gillette Stadium will play host to this charitable lacrosse game on Monday, September 2 which will benefit the Navy SEAL Foundation and Green Beret Foundation, supporting active duty, veterans and families of those communities. It will utilize the platform to educate fans on the connection between lacrosse and our military. This partnership also includes PLL Co-Founders, brothers Paul Rabil, and Mike Rabil. It will be a great day for fans of lacrosse!
