With the first full weekend of the season behind us, the top 20 has gotten some major shake ups. Maryland, Georgetown, and Duke all took their first loss, while Hopkins and Loyola shoot in the rankings. 

We talk through my Top 20 ballot for this weekend, some noteworthy results, why I ranked teams where I did, and who was just on the outside looking in.
