We welcome our first official guest and one of our best friends Marine Corps veteran Bob (Bob-o) Owens who served with 1/1 as an 81mm Mortarman. We chat about Bob’s experiences over in Afghanistan, life in and and out of the Marine Corps he goes over the differences between active/reserve, a little nerd talk, and as always toss in some sports, and most importantly we touch on some mental illness experiences never forget to reach out/seek help.
