Another tune written on guitar then converted to keys. Really happy with the descending line in the verse and the chorus is weird too, I can definitely hear Delilah by Tom Jones in there and Heaven can wait by meatloaf too. The ending was just something I riffed up on the spot and tbh I thought it went OK. Feel free to comment as per and please enjoy this song about a dad trying to bring his son up in the turbulent world we live in!

Energetically, this song is about taking energy, any energy and transmuting it into another direction. Compositionally, it's a personal effort to make use of more "space". I think I tend to compose with the intention of filling all the empty space, and that often works against me. So there is a "breathing" aspect to this one. It's not exactly where I want to be, but it's in the correct direction.
