Funnily enough the action part has less bass content than the intro (even though it introduces two low pulses), I just couldn't afford any more mud there

Veeeeeery nearly didn't submit a track this week, and I actually was OK with it. I've decided to make some bigger life changes (working on going back to school), and just realizing that I'll need to reprioritize how I spend my time. I'd like to keep up with WB, but I'm not certain it will make the cut. At a minimum, I'm definitely going to have to scale back the pressure or attention I give it, so if you've been enjoying my recent low effort ambient stuff, you're in luck!

So for this week, I'd actually decided I was OK if I didn't finish a track. Then this morning I started › Warning: Gross‹ Warning: Grossthrowing up blood and realized that I almost certainly wouldn't finish one. But, in the end, after I saw a doctor and established that I'm (hopefully) OK, at least for the moment, I ended up deciding that I wanted to finish something. I didn't feel like I had to, but I wanted to. That feels like a good place to be—doing this because I want to, not because I feel like I have to. So here! Enjoy some more speedtrash ambient, have a good week, and take good care of yourselves!

Here's an electric guitar blues sounding tune. I made it today after around 19:30. With my limited chops, it took about 4 takes with another 4 tries for the solo.

It's a fun one to play on looper too, but in this recording I just did 2 recordings instead of struggling to get it all in one.

It should be easy enough to play as a beginner guitarist, u just gotta get the rhythm right and then it's the same figure over and over.

There are these things called "presets" that smart people use so that they don't have to do all their sound design from scratch for each track. Of course, as with many things which simplify life and make me more productive, I tend to ignore their existence.

In an effort to try and change that, I built a just-over-a-minute track using nothing but M8 factory presets. Honestly quite satisfied with the results.

I feel like it could be an intro to a video game or a show. It isn't, but if you're making a video game or show you're welcome to change that fact.
