I only had two hours and a short loop I made the day before.

So I just... went with the flow. How I managed to make it 9 minutes long... beats me XD

Its far from what I'd like the track to be, but looking at how fast I had to create this track, Its aaight.

I also managed to use all of the Freakshow VST's, and they are.. so weird yet so cool.

this was fun to tryn play this fast, hitting 134 bpm! happy about parts of the process here, not super thrilled about the final result. i played most of this in continuous sessions, without piecing together / chopping up bits to make whole phrases work. the drums were actually drawn in by hand on ableton note (on my phone) while on a plane last week. fun stuff, but it feels like its lacking some soul. kinda gave up towards the end, but listening again, it feels like the end is where its getting ready to drop lol. anyway, see ya next time!

Planned a whole thing up on modulargrid, spent a lot of time with ribbon cables and knurlies, and started patching just to discover (unsuprisingly) that my grand vision was maybe missing a few vca's and other utilities and was a tad heavy on the noise makers and filters.

Vocals inspired more than a little bit by that "I Work In A Warehouse" song (shame about his employers being supremely unchill about his song) and salvaged an unimpressive loop I patched while testing and troubleshooting the modular properly.
