This track started as a demo for two M8-related side-projects before getting a little out of hand: 1.) a curated library of public domain/CC0 samples (optimized for M8), 2.) a library of M8 FM instruments.
The public domain/CC0 library is definitely the driver this week; among other things, this track uses orchestra hits from musopen, 100-year-old blues records from the Library of Congress, innumerable short and feature films from archive.org, and of course a large collection of CC0 audio from freesound.
