In this episode, we discuss the immediate aftermath of the death of a child/sibling. We talk about what it looks and feels like the very next day and what we call the "Monday after the funeral". Family and Friends have to go back to their daily lives, and you're left alone in the depths of your grief. You are not alone in this journey.

This episode tells the story of how my brother died as well as the story of how we found out. We call this Stage 1 in the path to healing after the death of a child/sibling. Being able to tell the story was the first step in our survival. We are here when you are ready to share your story.
