Helpful Pro Tips:

So first thing, don't be discouraged if you are a resident and an agent if you don't get the home on the first try. Just like regular buyers, even HPA may not get the home on the first try, but it will eventually happen, make sure to jump on those new listings as soon as they become available.

For agents, make sure that you have comps lined up to justify the price you are recommending, and be sure to use single story to single story comparisons and vice versa for two stories within a mile of the subject property.

Also for agents, make sure you're prepared to explain the offer to the listing agent because they may have questions about the Home Partners of America's offer. 

Residents during the application process, make sure you are uploading PDFs and not screen shots/jpegs as this will delay your approval and potentially mean you will miss the home you would like to move forward with. Also, make sure you have all your documents ready too before you submit because missing docs will also delay approval.

And finally agents remember to explain the deposit is due shortly after the lease is signed, and that there could be other fees/deposits for pets.
