When a small midwest town is gearing up for a reunion with their native famous celebrity; Winona Ryder's "Dinky", an outsider social recluse, contemplates if she may be the daughter of the famous Roxy Carmichael. This movie "almost" hit many points for us, but sadly lacks any conviction in its themes.
