So I'm starting this podcast because I want it to be a resource for people within the industry, a resource that I wish I had when I was still working within the industry myself. 

So each week, I'm going to be interviewing business owners, executives and people within middle management.We're going to dive into how they got started within the industry, what they love about it, what mistakes they've made, how they found their success, and what advice they have for others coming up in the industry.
