Season 2 of Hike will kick off on December 12th! In this season, Lori takes you deep into the PNW, out into the wild and rugged Canadian Rockies and south into the Ozark Highlands just to name a few places. She will share tips for winter hikes, urban hiking and take you on more of her adventures in the Southern Appalachians. 

Lori interviews hikers and adventurers who explore and through the trail are finding ways to  both heal and keep their life in balance. She highlights people and organizations who are both blazing trails and ensuring the trails stay usable for all of us who wander on them. 

She'll talk to hikers about their favorite gear, tips and helpful advice that you can apply whether you are long distance hiking, doing a first time backpacking trip, visiting national parks or simply taking a walk in your local nature preserve.
