Welcome To The Hellmouth

David and Michaela have a distinctly mediocre time with "Listening to Fear", one of the worst Buffy episodes to not feature a giant snake. Though this episode does have a giant cockroach alien, which is just too close to being the same thing. Anyway it's crazy times aplenty here with Joyce getting out of the hospital, Willow wearing an actual carpet and Graham coming back into our lives.

Michaela and David have HAD IT with these mother-effing CGI snakes in this mother-effing show. The writers, on the other hand, are more than happy to go back to that well. Turtlenecks will never die, hoop earrings will always be worn, Willow will always be dressed in orange (y'know, to accentuate her hair) and giant snakes will always be something that BTVS thinks is a good idea.

David and Michaela delve into the awakening caused by "Fool for Love". This is a Spike-er-riffic episode and quite a popular one with the ladies. Darla's back, Oirish Angel's back, most importantly Dru is back! Join us on a romp through adolescent love, terrible poetry and worse fashion.

David and Michaela finally reach the spiritual home of the podcast, The Magic Box. Five episodes into the new season and the writers are solving character problems left and right (though the costume department still seems to be crewed by blind people stuck in the 80's). Rejoice as we once again hear the sweet chimes of the bell on The Magic Box door, and find out what's really going on with Sunam.

Michaela and David have a grand old time with "Out of My Mind", in which Riley LOSES HIS GOSH-DANG MIND. Will Buffy still love him if he's not super? Will Buffy still love him if he has a heart attack? Will Dawn ever get less annoying? Will Buffy ever stop it with all of the cat prints? Only time will tell! Also Spike tries to get the chip out of his head and Harmony's there so it's good fun.
