There are changes afoot here in podcast land!
Powerful Decisions is evolving into Welcome to the Other Side: A podcast for badass moms who want to thrive after divorce.
The podcast make-over is part of my transition from a General Life & Business Coach, to being a Coach for Divorced Moms ready to thrive in all areas of their lives. It's been a journey for me to embody this new coach identity and I'm excited to jump with both feet. I'll be bringing you new episodes on mindset, nervous system regulation, money, relationships, parenting, work, schedules... all from the perspective of divorced moms. I'm excited to have guests on to share their personal experiences of what helped them thrive post-divorce.
So much more to come! Please feel free to share with any divorced moms in your life!

Today's episode is all about intentionally building our self-confidence. With more self-confidence, we are willing to make decisions faster and take more chances.
Where might more self-confidence help you? Would you ask for a promotion, make a request of a friend, ask someone out on a date?
The easy practices I share can be applied to any area of your life.
If you give them a try, drop me a DM on Instagram and let me know how it goes!

I loved this conversation with Coach Sarah Grace Powers on the power of allowing grief, especially around aging.
Sarah Grace Powers is a Certified Life Coach and Body Freedom coach. She works with women who want to feel healthy, vibrant and FREE at midlife and beyond.
We talked about:
- how sometimes we avoid letting ourselves feel grief for fear that we'll get stuck in it
- clean pain vs. dirty pain
- imagining grief as waves that come & go
- how melting down (like a caterpillar) can allow for the birth of brand new things
- using vocalization to help grief move through our bodies
Whether you're grieving a loved one, a divorce, changes that come with aging, or something else, you'll find this to be a very rich conversation.

I've got a love/hate relationship with evaluations. I NEVER feel like doing them, and I ALWAYS find treasures when I do.
In this episode, I'll teach you how you can use evaluations to find GOLD from your past decisions and actions.
Plus, get to see behind the scenes of my offering of Money School for Mischievous Women!
For your future evaluations:
Borrow my thought: "Trust your magic & trust their magic. Go bold baby, go bold!"

Have you chatted with your Future Self today? No? Here's your chance!
When we think about our future, we often focus on what we'll be doing or what we will have achieved.
Today we focus on how we want to FEEL.
Those of us in the know (aka you dear listener) recognize that feelings aren't some squishy thing that should be minimized and ignored.
Rather, our feelings are the powertrains that drive everything we do (and avoid doing).
This episode poses the questions:
How does my Future Self, rocking their life in so many ways, feel day-to-day?
AND how can you start feeling that way RIGHT NOW?
Bon Appetit!
