So this is one of the shows we recorded a while back when we were just starting out. Justin brought on his neighbor Christian (last name left off because he was afraid the fame would make his daily life unbearable) who used to be in "The Biz" to tell us about a different style of beer than we have had before...Trappist and Abbey style Ales. This was technically our first interview and it was such a pleasure having someone on that had such a great knowledge and love for the craft. We also decided to go down the rabbit hole with Rudy's "Finds From the 99" where Rudy brings out something from the 99 Cent store and they see how it stacks up....here's a spoiler....IT DOES NOT!!!

So remember a few episodes back when Justin "set up" our interview with the Ballast Point Home Brew Mart? Well this was from earlier in the day when we spoke to Co-Founder Gerald Dollente of Latchkey Brewery (Located at 1795 Hancock St. San Diego, CA 92110). We only had him for a short while but he was awesome. After we spoke with him we tried a quick flight and as always gave our opinions about it. It gets a little crazy in the end...someone called the cops...but we made it out unscathed lol. What can we say? Live recordings are interesting!!
