One of the big stories right now is whether or not schools should open up in the fall. It turns out the issue is more complicated than it appears. We sat down, via phone call, with a grade school teacher in South Central Los Angeles, Alyssa Scofield, a friend of Tiege's from Laker Girls. She told us about the pros and cons of opening schools in the fall for her students. 

Thomas Serena is a surgical resident in a hospital outside of Detroit who's been on the front lines of the pandemic since it began. He shares with Tiege, who's a childhood friend, how his life has changed since COVID entered his hospital. 

Will we ever be surprised again? 2020 threw us another curveball: Kanye West is apparently running for president.
