After almost a decade navigating the emotional ups and downs of IVF and secondary infertility, former NET-A-PORTER beauty director Danielle Fox-Thomas set out to change the fertility landscape. She co-founded OVA, the UK’s first supplement brand designed to support both egg and sperm health — helping couples approach reproductive health with more clarity and confidence.

Now a proud mum of two, we recorded this episode just before OVA went to market. Danielle joined us to share her personal journey, and her well nice practices that helped her along the way to build her pioneering brand.

We're backkk! Sorry we have been away so long, we blame the babies, house moves, winter….we will update you in a solo episode soon!

In the meantime, we were keen to kick off season 2 with our first great guest which we actually recorded in the height of Sydney winter/ UK summer last year - it's a goodie!

In this episode, we chat to Rory Warnock, performance and wellness coach, UltraMarathon runner, and keynote speaker. He specialises in breathwork and nervous system regulation to help improve mental and physical health and optimise wellbeing and performance.

An episode for everyone as it’s not just full of theory and tips for breathwork (which we obviously love) but Rory also shares a few super useful exercises for different purposes giving us a new well nice ‘tool’ to slot into our wellbeing kit and it doesn’t cost a thing !

We also talk about Rory's other well nice life hacks as well as a few of our own.
