Geoff is by far one of the most knowledgable people in the Erie area when it comes to strength & conditioning done safely and effectively. Don't be warded off if you think you need to be in great shape or an athlete to train with Geoff. He accepts all ages and all experience levels as clients and builds specific programs for his clients to get stronger and more mobile in a safe/healthy way. If you hate fitness but want to find a way to not hate it, definitely contact Geoff. I trained with Geoff for a couple summers so this was a super fun and interesting episode, I hope you enjoy it (:

Mike is a good friend  who works in the kitchen of the best BBQ establishment in Pennsylvania, and arguably the country. Federal Hill Smokehouse came to fruition after Mike's cousin (Ryan Atzert) traveled the country learning how to make the best BBQ.  After years of planning and cultivating culinary knowledge, Ryan opened Federal Hill for business. Since 2015 people line up out the door to buy Ryan's food and they routinely sell out of meat, forcing them to close early for the day.
