I was drawn to Astrid because of our shared belief that everything we need is already within us and that all of our power lies in the now. She is a true lightworker, a walking embodiment of the practices she teaches and an example of a real human having a beautiful experience. Andrew Viselli is a Special Education teacher who has been developing and running alternative programs for the last 24 years. He is also a two time Hall of Fame volleyball coach, coaching since 1994. In addition to teaching, he is a meditation and breathwork facilitator. Inspired by the transformational practice of meditation, he aspires to guide attendees into their own journey of self discovery. Today we discuss the power of these practices to transform every aspect of our lives. We also discuss meaning and purpose and the impact we all have within our communities.
