Hello Beloved.  Welcome to guided affirmation by Sakinah Wellness Center.  This  recording is a guided affirmation for the new year.  Affirmations serve  as a powerful tool for shifting the mental blockages, authoring your  desires and  contributing towards overall positive change.   I suggest you listen to this audio recording everyday for 21 days as  part of your morning reflective practices or in the evening as you are  winding down.
