In this episode, I share with you what foods I made a priority in my diet for my 4th pregnancy. Following the Nourishing Traditions recommendations, I have never felt more alive and never have I ever slept so good during a pregnancy. My baby is now 8 weeks old and we are both sleeping so good and I still feel energized and present.

In this episode, I share my FIRST home birth experience in hopes to inspire and encourage you! After having 3 of my children in the hospital setting, I was determined to do things differently. Having my 4th baby at home has given me so much confidence in what my body is capable of and how to voice my desires and concerns. I was able to feel supported and cared for in the comfort of my home surrounded by my favorite people.

I am so grateful I was able to have this experience and share it with you!
