23 - 37 My outs: less caffeine, repetitive eating/meals, and saying yes when your gut says no.
37 - 59 My Ins: dressing like o have something special happening, eating for vibrancy, all natural cleaning supplies, ROMO, sauna and cold showers, spending money on things that make me feel like my best self, living in the moment, daily morning routine with meditation/journaling, and I’m in my clean girl era.
