We all KNOW that we need to keep our body moving and in
shape.
Many of us struggle to make that happen for ourselves for a
myriad of reasons.
And… we struggle on knowing what to do and WHY we are REALLY
doing it. We know we want to feel good
and be in the best shape we can as we age… but, unless we are training for
something… we don’t really have a great goal or direction.
Dr. Peter Attia has created a GREAT concept that has been driving his exercise and training and has him feeling great.
What IS Centurion Olympics?
I’ll share with you what I learned by listening to Dr.
Peter.
I think it is a pretty exciting concept! Even if you have a great work out plan that is
working for you… check out this idea! I’d love to hear your thoughts!
For those who need purpose to their movement, this might just be a key: functional, useful and purposeful.
I think it makes a lot of sense that has potential to change
the way you train your body to a stronger, easier, more functional rest of your
life!
AND…

BLAST!

can brighten my day to keep up this work!
I do it for you, the listener.
I can see many are listening, but to hear from you in one
way or another is what drives my soul!
Thank YOU for being a part of my world, my journey, my
passion!
