Having too many responsibilities or trying to juggle more than you can handle, will often lead to burnout and emotional fatigue, physical exhaustion, stress and tension. Burnout is defined as a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by excessive and prolonged stress. It occurs when you feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and unable to meet constant demands.
In this episode, I will identify the 5 stages of burnout and continue to unpack this common stressor. I will provide you with some tips that you may find helpful in combatting physical and mental burnout on your own - although I do always recommend working with a certified a life coach, or mental health therapist.
