What a description. At approx. 18 minutes into our interview - Tom describes the fabled 'mystery metal' - the Roswell holy grail. Where is it now? That information remains unresolved.

Amazon Review: "Heard the author on Coast to Coast AM. Bought the book and enjoyed it. This would be the first choice of recommended reading for the reader who is not an "expert" on the subject."

What comes next for Tom Carey? I plan to reconnect to find out more about the current case he is investigating. It involves [paranormal] what some would categorize as a cryptid encounter. I'm following up now. Video link included from a Bigfoot case.

The Way of the Empath: How Compassion, Empathy, and Intuition Can Heal Your World, Elaine Clayton, Amazon.

Bio: Elaine Clayton is an artist and author/illustrator of several books for children and books for adults on empathic-intuitive intelligence. Elaine teaches intuitive development using creative-meditation drawing methods.

Amazon Review - 5.0 out of 5 stars - How to know if you are an Empath
Thank you for writing this book on being an empath. You have helped me to better understand what I am feeling and experiencing. I am often overwhelmed by all of the information coming at me from all sides. I will take to heart and practice what you are teaching to harness my experiences. Learn how to weed out the negativity, to recognize what is mine and someone else’s. What an eye and heart opener your book is. It was just what I needed to read right now with everything going on in the world.

I interviewed Elaine for a previous book, Making Marks and had fun sharing some of my drawings. She talks about that first discovery of drawing an image for a client and realizing her ability to use drawing as a PSI/psychic prompt.

As it happened, I had just rescued a bird from drowning. We talk about how our connections with others sometimes put us in unique situations.

Wendy's Blog. The bird was soaked, cold and limp when I fished him out of the lake. Took awhile before he started to blink his eyes. Photo shows his feathers fluffed. He had recovered after more than half an hour in my hand. (Energy/Reiki) He flew off shortly after. Big relief when we saw him visit the feeder.

In this segment we talk about the Sasquatch/ET/Crystal connection, the initial meeting with Kamooh - hearing mindspeak, being surrounded by a whirlwind and various clues of the Sasquatch presence.

Sasquatch, Star Elders and Crystals - “found on the young virgin newly reformed Earth a fertile ground for the implantation of crystals. These highly evolved sentient entities of the mineral kingdom can store memories and energy charges.” - Sunbow True Brother, The Sasquatch Message to Humanity: Conversations with Elder Kamooh, Goodreads.

SunBôw received and transcribed these messages from an Elder Sasquatch named Kamooh in 2015 while in British Columbia, Canada:

Knowing that my Sasquatch people exist forces you to reconsider all your certainties and beliefs. Our very presence proves that you are not the only, nor the first form of intelligent life with spiritual consciousness on this home-planet, even less so in the whole Omniverse of which you are a tiny part.

Sunbow says - "If you run into a Sasquatch someday, do not deny, hide or fear; open your consciousness to the message their Soul carries." - The Sasquatch Message to Humanity

He talks about his first encounter, the search for understanding regarding OBE and dream experiences, finding wisdom and support in the indigenous [Hopi] communities and how he got his name.

SunBôw received and transcribed these messages from an Elder Sasquatch named Kamooh in 2015 while in British Columbia, Canada:

"Our Sasquatch Elders want to “talk” with people in a powerful decision-making capacity because someone must comprehend all the negativity that is happening and take the lead in creating a peaceful and environmentally-friendly world for a healthier planet in Spirit, Mind, and Body."

UFOs, Star Elders, Sasquatch - are Related.

Sunbow had his first Sasquatch encounter as a teenager. In dramatic fashion - an unknown and unseen intruder attacked their camping shelter and caused the cedar trees they had cut to support the roof to snap - resulting in collapse of the tent and exposing the group to the pouring rain.

One of the group who had been staying in a separate tent witnessed the event. He told them they had to leave - yelling hysterically about seeing a big hairy monster tear up the campsite. Point made. They departed.

While they had also experienced the classic Sasquatch mindspeak - no one knew about Sasquatch - it was much later that the connection was understood.

Amazon Reader Review
5.0 out of 5 stars A Worthwhile Read, Don't Hesitate!
"This book unexpectedly came to me and I grabbed it right away. It was a wonderful story; read it in 1 1/2 days on my Kindle. I loved it so much, the truth, honesty, and integrity of the author, I went to his website and booked a reading right away.

"It was one of the very best readings I have ever had. Gary spent a little over an hour with me giving me amazing insights. In fact, some of the events he mentioned are already happening for me. I am booking a session for my daughter and son too. Get this book! You will enjoy reading it too."

"The number one resource you have, everybody has, is your connection to infinite mind." - Gary Wimmer, Author, A Second in Eternity.

Gary already had psychic abilities, but when his PSI ability kicked into hyperdrive, he called out to his guides for help. Their question to Gary: "Do you trust us?" - Gary's response: "Yes!" Then the car hit him, broadside.

What happened next is in the book. Short summary to get us started: Gary walked away from that NDE with nothing more than a scratch. The PSI overwhelm calmed down. The memory of all that he saw during the NDE changed his life.

Precog? He did get a glimpse of future events that transpired in flash cards. So many flash cards he says it is hard to single them out but there are some images that do relate to the chaos and turmoil in the present time. We'll get to more of that in Part 2.

Amazon Review: 5.0 out of 5 stars Stunning book.
"This is one of the most interesting books I have read in years. I read it all in one sitting, and I have not read a full-length book in one sitting for a long time. The book is an example of the effect of a strong desire to learn and understand, and how it can attract to us the very thing we are so focused on. Wimmer's personal experiences are phenomenal and eye-opening. I honestly do not understand why this book did not become a New York Times bestseller. It should have."

NATURE: Divine Experiences with Trees, Plants, Stones and Landscapes, Ana Maria Vasquez. Amazon.

Bio: Ana Maria Vasquez is a multi-sensory animal and nature intuitive, and a shamanic practitioner.

Excerpt from Ana's book:
As humans, we have life force energy animating us. On top of that, we have guides, allies, and other helpers, both in physical form and in spirit. Trees, plants, stones, and landscapes embody this same energy from Source. Because the natural realm is multidimensional, as we take our nature walk together through these chapters, we will talk about connecting with nature in two key ways. First, how we interact with the individual energetic signature of a specific tree, rose, lake, volcano, or canyon. And second, by aligning with the archetype or energetic signature guiding that plant species, landscape, or body of water. It is possible to connect on multiple levels at once.

The magic happens when you read about the experiences others share regarding their unique encounters, including spirits who inhabit, trees, fire, water, plants, crystals and stones. My favorite is the tree wizard. He looks like an old man with a beard.

Ana is a dynamo, her energy and enthusiasm made this a fun interview! Reading the stories in the book = HUGE energy rush. What a trip!

Paranormal is normal. Personal proof is the nightlight interaction that started in 1997 and continues to present day. My unseen companion introduced me to a new way of being, with an expanded view of reality that I continue to learn from.

Each and every one of us has the ability to tap into PSI awareness. Remote viewing and Telepathy are aspects of PSI awareness. They can be learned and improved upon.

Some use PSI intentionally, some accidentally, some ignore it and hope it will go away. When you are ready to know more - the door will open and the information will be right there in front of you. The source may surprise you.

In whatever manner you choose to work with an unseen presence, your intentions are known. Turn on your light.

A good mantra for staying out of trouble: Do no harm.

"We are learning by the very fact of coming into a body we are extending our consciousness throughout the entire multidimensional spectrum." - William Buhlman

It just takes one OBE to create a major life shift in awareness. Another issue Bill addresses in this interview and in the book, Adventures in the Afterlife, is being diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer in 2011 and complete and total healing of his illness in the out of body state.

Four decades of experience, William Buhlman is an expert on Out of Body Experiences. Reviews on his Youtube channel are outstanding with posts from students who say experiences they've had in his classes are life changing.

Evolution through Multi Dimensional Experience

In the comments another person (like me, at age 13 or 14) had an OBE during a dental procedure. His comment: "I had a out of body experience. I was 6 or 7 at the dentist office getting fillings..nitrous...I watched the whole procedure from above the procedure light..and had to return when I was asked to open my mouth wider..now 34 this is a very vivid memory.."

"It is my belief that by each one of us stepping up and accepting responsibility for our own healing journeys, we will not only heal this planet but we will also co-create the kind of world that I know exists in all of our hearts." Lisa Estabrook, creator of Soulflower Plant Spirit Oracle, 44-Card Deck and Guidebook, Amazon.

The flowers in this deck are all lovely but my favorite card is Iris. I have drawn that card regularly and have done various pieces of artwork featuring Iris. Lisa's favorite card/flower merits the cover of the book. Dandelion.

Amazon Review - Beautiful cards!
"I pre-ordered these last year after seeing the artist's website. They are just gorgeous. The card stock is so sturdy I keep double-checking to see if it's two cards stuck together. The cards are large and the images are vibrant. Unlike some decks, this one is more for keeping us mindfully focused on the good than deep psychological analysis of the situation or predicting outcomes. It gives you a way to shift your perspective and refocus on the beauty in life."

We talk about Lisa's connection with plants and the community she is building to encourage others to cultivate their unique soul garden. I drew some cards during the interview and the flowers are in perfect sync with our conversation.
