Excerpt from my interview with Jonas Elrod. 2011. His film = Wake Up! = has much of the paranormal that I relate to [and still relate to]. In the spring of 2009, I had another huge shift in consciousness and saw some people with horns and tails. I realized that image had a specific message about those individuals.

The paranormal and metaphysical resources in the film are helpful as he works to assimilate his experience and showcase an understanding that these types of experiences trigger the expansion of consciousness and awareness. 

The types of experiences one undergoes during a psychic or kundalini awakening can be mind-bending. When no one in your immediate circle has had a similar experience or is knowledgeable about the process, it can be isolating, and with certain entities, a bit scary to say the least.

Jonas started seeing angelic beings and others we don't normally identify. He talks about how odd he felt and worried that he might be going crazy. I was thrilled when I saw his film. Already comfortable with my interactive nightlight relationship and the paranormal anomalies that triggered, some of the extraordinary events he documented are similar to the additional mind-blowing encounters I experienced during the spring of 2009.

Language is a challenge when it comes to describing metaphysical experiences. It can sound unbelievable. I just tell the story and let it go - so others with a similar experience - will be able to connect their dots!

My story is full of interesting speed bumps. 

Curiosities = Reality shifts = Altered States
1. Screen memory: I saw a cat with a collar - my cat - who doesn't wear a collar. What was really in that space?

2. Portal = More squirrels than I can count - running down a tree, across the road and into a well? A true - W-T-_  ... what is going on here moment!

[I need to share the experience with the geese swimming in formation - creating the shape of a question mark.]  

The more unusual phenomena we are exposed to in this reality, the greater the need to re-set and re-frame the concept of 'normal' ... Normal is fluid, existing in degrees. Awareness is constantly evolving. We are living in amazing times.

I am a channel. Both versions of the book remain available. The difference reflects my shift in understanding and experience and the language I use to express my awareness. It reflects growth. The message from The Energy - remains the same - we are here to learn.

Unseen visitor hanging around this week. Sign for me that I have support with the book activities. While Andy and I can't see this guest, Jack can. Unlike the UFO, he alerted me to in the bedroom a few years ago, he is the only one who sees the guest. His bark doesn't indicate fear or animosity. It is more like letting the guest know they have been acknowledged.

One odd thing I connect to the guest. I had a brand new book. Cassie grabbed it and ate a few pieces out of it. When I opened it up to inspect the damage, pages missing, cover chewed, I notice one page had been turned down. A perfect dog-eared page in a brand new book.

The marked pages are practice designs for intuitive healing. I did the exercise. Honestly, that wasn't the section of the book I was drawn to so it had my attention. Doing the practice exercise reinforced the need to trust my intuition. The first answer was the best answer. However, I opted to think rather than trust and took it too far. What stood out was the difference in the tone of the answer. The still, small voice was spot on. I needed to remember that.

Reconciling extraordinary experiences is a work in progress. Unexplained and curious. I decided to add some of the paranormal elements I experienced to the updated book. Talking to Nightlights 2. The nightlight anomaly is ever-present. That activity continues.

Remembering Helene Hadsell with "Contest Queen", Carolyn Wilman.

I wanted to reconnect with Carol because we both interviewed and connected with contesting dynamo Helene Hadsell, aka “The Woman who Wins Every Contest She Enters”.

Believing in mind power and modeling success in demonstrating her telepathic skill, Helene was a positive influence for me. She died in 2010. Carolyn now holds the copyright and is republishing all of her books.
 
Helene approached her winning strategy with humor. She also studied metaphysics and had fun with her PSI abilities. Incredibly successful at manifesting, she taught her method to thousands and, as Carolyn can attest, it works.

On a fluke, he agreed to a past life regression session. That session triggered an obsessive curiosity. He couldn't shake the images and scenes pulled from his subconscious.

Determination, attention to detail and tenacity paid off. Of 28 identifiable points for corroboration, all 28 have been confirmed. 100%.
