This week's podcast is for all of you wanting to start workouting or maybe those needing a little push to keep going. Working out is a passion of mine, not to look like a covergirl, but for my overall health. We should all be moving in some manner, but sometimes need a friend to help us get there. I hope I can be that friend ☺
