How do we know the difference between correction and criticism? Why do we resist correction? How do we discern Godly correction vs. Criticism from our enemy's voice? 

The truth is not all correction is harmful, and not all criticism is helpful.

As people who are healing, we have to learn the difference.

Because one voice is meant to shape you.

The other is meant to shame you.

One says, You can do better because I believe in who you can become.

The other says, You'll never be enough.

One is rooted in love....the other is rooted in condemnation.

Trust is one of the greatest gifts we can give—and one of the most painful things to lose. In this episode, I share  about betrayal, broken trust, fear, healing, and learning to move forward when the people who hurt us never take responsibility. If you've ever struggled to trust again after being wounded, this episode will remind you that while betrayal may be life-altering, it does not have to be life-ruining.

Sometimes, we find ourselves in a funk and can’t even explain why or how we got there. We just know we are there and are fighting our way to the other side. 
We are not where we used to be.
Not falling apart.
But also not where we hoped I’d be by now.

Just tired.
Emotionally heavy.
Trying to make sense of life and God and healing and purpose and all of it.

So, how do we get ourselves to the other side?

“Have you ever prayed for something so long that eventually you just stopped believing it could happen?

And eventually you started grieving something that was still technically alive.

I think that’s where a lot of us are.

We’re standing in front of dreams, relationships, identities, healing, purpose… and saying,
‘God, if You were here sooner, maybe this wouldn’t have died.’”

What do you do when God says no?

Not “wait.”
Not "it's not the right timing"
Not “I have something better you can't clearly see.”

But a real… deep… sometimes confusing and painful no.

Will you trust Him in the No?

I’m talking about kindness when people are rude, petty, unfair, manipulative, or just plain mean.
