Today on Perry and Shawna Mornings, reminders of the truths we need to stand on as world shakes.  First Chip Ingram reminds us to focus on the Lord’s promises and on our future that is secure because of Jesus’ death and resurrection.  Then Shawna and Perry point us to Jesus who suffered excruciating anxiety in the garden before going to the cross.  He shows us how to deal with our anxiety—pray, ask others to pray with you, ask God for what you need, and surrender your will to him.  And finally Ron Hutchcraft reminds us to remember who’s in charge—the Creator of 100 billion galaxies!  And Ron calls us to look up and see who needs us in the crisis.  We’re gonna make it!  And God is working his purpose out to bring the nations to himself.
