Unless we’re in prison (and even then), or someone is holding us hostage at gunpoint… we are able to make our own choices from the moment we wake up until the moment we go back to bed.

Each day, in fact, is a fresh new start.

Maybe you can’t change your destination overnight (your "now"), but you can change the direction overnight… you can change the trajectory!

We have endless resources at our disposal. Life for most of us has never been easier than it is right now.  For goodness sake, we have the Internet, Zoom, cell phones, GOOGLE /YouTube!!!... come on now!!

Google knows everything… and it WORKS FOR YOU, FOR ME!!

You have no money to invest in self education right now? Start by asking Google “how to”…

“Failure is a few errors in judgement, repeated every day.”

So it’s really all about taking baby steps forward, in the direction you want to go.

What’s something in your life that you don’t like, yet if you do nothing about you’ll still be in the same spot in 5 years?... or 10?

How you got here is water under the bridge, but what you do from here on out, will make all the difference!

Lift where you stand, start where you are, with what you have at your disposal right now… which is pretty much unlimited if you just look around.

How much of your current life do you acknowledge having created yourself?

Too often we dream of an “ideal” life for ourselves… but doubt we could make that happen.

We see others living a life we desire, but down deep we don’t really believe it’s for possible for us.

Why not??

Who said we (all of us) can’t live a life we truly desire?

We keep going to a job (or two) we don't like (don't like the hours, the commute, the conditions, the pay... the boss!).

Living with someone we’ve fallen out of love with and no longer want to live with…  Some of us even have affairs, heard of those?

We keep living where we don't want to live anymore.

We tell ourselves (think) we have NO choice.  But that is a lie.

In reality EVERYTHING is, in fact, a choice we made. Therefore, it's a choice. Therefore, we can choose to change at any time… for a new reality, a reality we desire.

So I want to say that EVEN when situations are not ideal, at the moment, understanding that we have a choice makes a world of difference! Thinking it’s not our choice puts us in a victim mentality, like staying in a prison that has no door. Thinking/understanding I’m choosing this, is empowering!

We CHOOSE to do what we do in order to take care of ourselves and our loved ones… instead of living under a bridge. So EMPOWERING!!

I can also choose a new way of life if I so desire.  That’s available right now.

Benefits of failing… improvement, confidence, more knowledge, less afraid of failing at something we want to do!

Failing in school is considered bad… why?

Failing in sports is not great either, but does it make us a better player in the long run?  You bet!

How many times did all the greats fail?

In fact, in order to BECOME great at anything, we have to have failed ENOUGH!!

So why do we look down on failing?

I’m here to say that if we want to become great at something, we'd better get failing... forward, and FAST!

If you’re good at Reels please teach me!  I’m currently trying my best, and I will continue to do so, as I fail at it, but I would love to shorten the learning curve!

Am sharing today's episode in an effort to save you and your pet the awfulness I'm now experiencing over losing our beloved rooster, Mars. Our grandkids named him. 

He was as majestic and brave as can be. Right now it feels like I'll never stop crying over the image of how he died.

I'm sharing this experience in hopes to help prevent that from happening to someone else. Had I known this, I would have known what action to take before it was too late!

You are a manifester.

We are all manifesters… Everything we see around us that’s man-made, it was first created as a vision in someone’s mind, which they then manifested into physical reality.

You manifested your current life, just as I’ve manifested mine. Which not long ago, I did not fully know.

Think of what you have created in your life… a lot of it perhaps not intentionally or with a full understanding.

Most likely you chose your partner, where you live, your job, your car, and you decide what you eat, what you wear, and how you speak.

You can manifest whatever you want, again… just like you have in the past, especially if you desire more, or something totally different.

Think about things you’ve always wanted in your life… some have manifested already, and others are still only in your mind, not yet a physical reality.  But they can be.

Not all things manifest according to our concept of time, so we need to be patient, and not try to rush or force things. Instead we need to align energetically with our desires. All things that are meant for you, that you have desired, will be attracted to you and come to you.

Practice being grateful for all the good already in your life, and learn from the not-so-good. Sometimes there are lessons we can learn from unpleasant experiences… perhaps of choices we should not repeat, or of red flags we ignored.

Practice manifesting daily, little by little… there’s no end to what you can create.

When we’re complaining, we’re in negative energy, attracting even more negative energy.

Have you ever had these thoughts, or heard anyone else say them?...

• My life sucks

The list goes on and on.

All these sentences come from real life... suffering created by our thoughts… and most importantly, they carry with them the power of multiplicity!  Everything we do, say, think, and ARE… attracts MORE. We attract what we think about most.

That being said, keep an eye on your thoughts and the feelings they create, and the actions you take based on them. Ultimately, create your current reality... INDEFINITLY!

So, here’s in invitation to examine if there’s anything in your current life that feels negative, like you can’t get ahead, or like it’s someone else’s fault that you’re unhappy, and really think about whether those thoughts are actually true?

Doing things how they've always been, not stepping outside the box, or coloring inside the lines, has gotten us to where we are today.

To change that, if we want to, we need to go color outside the traditional lines of doing life.  We have to ignore the teachings and norms we’ve been following… IF we desire change.

What do you think of when you here things like:  “Minimum wage, working hours, vacation weeks per year, scheduled breaks, sick hours, sick leave?"  They’re all inside the lines, or box.

Who here listening was ever asked as a girl, “how much money do you want to make?” Not hourly, but in general?

Who here listening was told, “we don’t talk about how much money we make?"  Why not??

Did you know that once people started talking about how much money they made, it was discovered that women were being paid less than men for doing the same job?

When it comes to making money, we get paid by the value we provide, not for our time!

So when we learn to provide more value, we’ll get paid more money (extraordinary value = extraordinary money).

But to become a person who provides extraordinary value, we need to think differently. We must do things differently, outside the parameters we’ve been taught. Otherwise, we’ll continue to get the same results we’ve always gotten.  Follow your own guiding intuition.

Shout Out to my dear friend, Sandy Hayden!

Sandy is a wonderful example of the Women Supporting Women concept!! She’s never afraid that another woman’s success will diminish hers, or that supporting other women will in some way take away from what’s meant for her. Sandy, thank you for supporting me in whatever I do!  It means the world to me, and I hope you know that you also have my support in anything you want to go after in life. I’m here for you, whenever you need anything.

The quote…

“For better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, 'till death do us part.”

… says to me “Expect that tough times will come.”

And when I think of duality, I think of the law of opposites, of life’s ups and downs.

Our human life is a life of duality.  We all get to experience all the things… happiness and sadness, love and hate, health and sickness… and so on.

When we understand this concept, our human life experience is even more beautiful… because we understand it’s not always rainbows & butterflies.  Without the bitter, we would not know how to appreciate the sweet.

Do you know someone who is always complaining about all the “bad” things that happen to them, and never mentions any of the good?  When we are in negative or complaining frame of mind, life appears to be much harder than it is, because that’s what we focus on.

The concept of ups and downs does not discriminate, and it will serve us to understand it.

These are all neutral circumstances, and they happen to EVERYONE as part of this human experience. When we embrace this concept, the sweet moments are sweeter, and the bitter ones not as bitter.

When we forget this concept, we only see others’ faults, but not our own.  We notice when others “wrong us,” but not when we fail others.  We expect accountability of others, but not of ourselves.

When we remember this concept we can hold more of the good that comes our way, with grace, because we know it is part of the deal we made.  And we like the deal we made to get to experience this life!

Lastly, don’t forget that when you’re going through a though time, a low in your life, just know you are not alone… others are also going through trials.  We just don’t always know it.

My wish for all of us is that we look around and notice all the beauty and abundance in life, more than we notice the yucky things that come along.

You ever wonder what it would be like if all your dreams came true?

Like actually thinking in detail, all the things you would like to change, but then did nothing about it?

I was listening to Jim Rohn’s Ultimate Library on Audible (yet again for like the 4th time!)… and he talks about taking action while the dream is alive and vivid in our minds, lest we forget!

I’ve always been a big dreamer, and an entrepreneur at heart! How about you??

I think anyone who knows me could tell you that I’ve always been reaching for the next dream, never thinking I’m done growing. Are you done growing and evolving??

I’ve not always done this because I’m unhappy with my life, although there have been times it WAS for exactly that reason.  I’m usually a very optimistic person, so I always try to look at the bright side of things… while keeping my eye on an even brighter prize.

Take notes and take action, step into your dream… start LIVING the dream NOW as much as possible.

It’s a process… not an overnight transformation… it’s little by little, like a butterfly or a bud becomes a full bloom.

The KEY is not to forget to keep dreaming… to keep your eye on the prize.
