This week Lendery is absent as he has been sick for about a week or so he's down bad. We start of with a shoutout to @EverybodyLovesRossPodcast & @getitoffyochestpodcast7131 for throwing another dope podcast convention! Ja Morant name is still making noise but this time, its just a video of him at the strip club getting a dance or something like that. This guy cant catch break right now but folks are making this a big deal too. (11:24) We cover the American being kidnapped by the Cartel. Two out of four were killed and the others were sent back home. The Cartel mistaked them for Haitian drug smullers which started the whole thing. They later sent an apology letter and gave up the men respsonsible. (16:33) A Houston mother says her 6 year old son was slammed, kicked & punched by a 60 year old man for throwing a basketball at his head at a crawfish boil. Do you think it might have been an accident and he just assumed it or, did the 6 year old aim down the sight and launch the ball at his head? (29:50) Chris Rock recently did a live Netflix comedy special in which he spoke on the slap from last year. Since then, Will Smith came out and said he was left hurt & embarrassed; does he get to say he was embarrassed? (35:47)

She stated she was vulnerable and optimistic about her career, she was groomed for sexual acts and called it predatory. Does she have a case? (7:55) Brendan J Dipa, 17 year old student attacked a teachers aid and is now facing 30 years. It has been speculated that he went off because she took his Nintendo Switch. Dude is 6'6 and she is a frail petite woman. He then states he was going to beat her up every time he sees her and he's going to kill him when he comes back. (22:38)

Is it still considered snitching if the person is dead? (13:20) Nipsey Hussle's killer has been sentenced to 60 years. After realizing Nip has been gone for close 4 years we ask why did it talk so long when all the evidence points to him and we all know he did it? (24:38) A off duty Chicago cop shoots Levon Smith. After diffusing a situation, he tries to steal her gun. During the tussle, she asks him to stop and he says you're going to have to shoot me. What happens next? You guessed it, she shot him. There is a report that his family is trying to sue the city for 2 million. Do you think they have a case? (34:19)
