Its the last issue of West Coast Avengers we're covering for awhile, and here comes a fill in creative team!  But it's not a fill in issue, as we're finally going to conclude the Phantom Rider plotline that has been going on for almost two years!  Plus, a Thor crossover (kind of) and Jason's favorite son of a devil guest stars!
