WGOD Radio: All Truth, All the Time.

"More than that I also consider all things to be loss for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have sustained the loss of all things, and I consider them to be rubbish, in order that I may gain Christ, and be found in Him..."

Today on the Gospelstudy podcast, we look at the Apostle Paul, and how he threw it all away, in exchange of the surpassing worth of knowing Jesus Christ!

Could you do that? Have you done that?

And then he said that he wanted to be "found in Him."

That certainly is the best place to be found!

Happy Holidays? Or Merry Christmas?

Why are so many people "offended" at those 2 words (Merry Christmas)?

Find out the answer to that question today on the Gospelstudy podcast!

Today's podcast takes us to Phil 3:3, which reads, "For we are the true circumcision, worshipping by the Spirit of God, rejoicing in Christ Jesus, and having no confidence in the flesh."

Preached at Island Community Church on Nov. 24th, 2013.

Today's program/podcast was my Thanksgiving sermon at Island. The main text was Psalm 103:1-4

1 "A Psalm of David. Bless the Lord, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name! 2 Bless the Lord, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits: 3 Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases, 4 Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies."

Preached at Island Community Church on Nov. 17th. Taken from a comment made by Pontius Pilate, asked of the Lord Jesus.

Is it possible to discover absolute truth? You betcha!

"You say rightly that I am a king. For this reason I have been born, and for this reason I have come into the world, that I should testify to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth hears My voice." 38 Pilate said to Him, "What is truth?" (John 18:37-38)

Today on the Gospelstudy program we look at Paul's warning, "beware of evil workers." Join us today as we consider this passage.

Php 3:2 Beware of the dogs, beware of the evil workers, beware of the false circumcision!

Preached at Island Community Church on Nov. 10th.

Taken from Jude 3, "Earnestly contend for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints."

Church, we need to be contending for the faith during these dark days! Please listen to this week's Sunday Sermon on this topic!

3:1 "Finally, my brothers, rejoice in the Lord. For me to write the same things to you is not troublesome, but for you it is safe."

Today on the Gospelstudy podcast, The Apostle Paul instructs us, "Do all things without grumbling and disputing."

Then he says this: IN ORDER THAT, we may BECOME blameless and innocent, children of God above reproach.
